SARASOTA, Fla., October 1, 2009 – Home Sales continue their record-setting pace at Lakewood Ranch-based Neal Communities. In September, the company wrote 28 contracts for new homes versus 6 during September 2008. This exceeds the company’s goals and puts total contracts for 2009 at more than 250, well ahead of the 126 contracts during the same time period in 2008 (more…)
