 (Lakewood Ranch, FL)… Neal Communities is hosting a canine celebration in its new River Sound Community on Sunday, November 1 from 12 noon to 2 p.m. The event takes place in The Canine Commons dog park in the center of the neighborhood. Low prices, good service and a lot of sunshine recently led Susanne Solling, a Norwegian, to buy a three-bedroom home in Palm Bay, Florida, midway between Jacksonville and Miami. She paid $165,000, plus $70,000 more for furniture and a pool. SARASOTA, Fla., September 30, 2009 – Neal Communities is pleased to have the Bald Eagle couple (click to see video) return to their nest in the preserve area next to the Silverwood neighborhood in The Lakewood Ranch Country Club. The couple, who have been in this nest for about eight years, was first spotted back on September 15. In September, the company wrote 28 contracts for new homes versus 6 during September 2008.
